A band so relentless and uncompromising they make the Ebola virus look like a runny nose. A band so wrong and corrupt they could turn Hari Krishna into a bad boy. A band with so much roll they had to add in extra rock. A band so LOUD they founded their own country so as not to annoy the neighbours. They just deported everyone and soundproofed the border. Many have tried to enter the U.S.O.F. but none have returned. The President and the Heads of State don’t take s**t from ANYONE.

Hey there,

I guess its time to bring y'all up to speed. There have been many goings on in the world of the Punch. Firstly, we have a new practice room. Named The Pentagram, it has been converted and set up in order to allow us to play when we want, as loud as we want, for as long as we want. We have also done a bit of recording there but it is early days yet.

Secondly, we have been recording THE ALBUM. We have seven (THAT'S 7) tracks in the bag already and we hope to get a few more. They sound AMAZING, courtesy of WizardSonics Ian Harney, Über producer. Some of the tracks are already up on this very site, along with a tripped out remix of 'three quarters' by Ian. We will keep you posted on further developments….

Thirdly, we have a new E P out in the next few weeks. Or as soon as 4Jerry sort out their part. We have covered 'You'll Never Know' by 4Jerry and they are in the process of covering 'Blisterine'. The split E P will feature both tracks along with a couple of live versions of the originals. We thought it would be cool to get spannered in the studio with 4Jerry and do it all in one session but it never panned out like that. We have also started including the song in our set. Sounds GOOOOOOD.

Finally, we are trying to sort out some gigs around our local area but there does not seem to be an awful lot of places for a metal band to play. If ya want to point us in the right direction for a gig in your town drop us an e-mail and we will sort it out.
